Can we be alone together?
So that I may have my secret solitudes
And follow my whims of the day
And you’ll be an arm’s reach away?
So that I can show you the beauties I see
When I have drank in the world
Until my heart is overflowing
And I have enough to give?
If I love you too much
It is the addictive feeling
Of ultimate freedom
That comes not at a cost
But at a gain
For I love you and you love me
Two wild creatures
Running to the beats of our own hearts
